At GORDONGIFT, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
The item has a manufacturing defect.
The item was damaged during shipping.
You received the wrong item.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return or replacement costs.
For all other return requests, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
